Become part of a dedicated community working to empower Armenian youth through education.

Member Application

The AYEA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to improve education for children in low-income villages who will be the future of Armenia, by supplying them with equal resources, utilities, and opportunities from across the globe. We are searching for members who express an interest in this, and will be our building blocks to truly making a change.

General Requirements

  1. Members MUST attend monthly Zoom meetings.
  2. Members MUST attend Committee Meetings (dates TBD and via Zoom).
  3. Members MUST provide any form of support, whether that is physically helping at events or working online within their committees.
  4. Members MUST pay a biannual due of $20.

The current executive board will be reviewing all submitted applications and responding through email.

About Committees

All AYEA members are required to join a committee. Committee meetings are held bi-weekly and attendance is MANDATORY. Available committees:

  • Fundraising & Development — grants, donor relations, fundraising campaigns
  • Marketing — brand identity, promotional materials, outreach campaigns
  • Publications — newsletters, blog posts, press releases, website content
  • Programs and Outreach — community programs, partnerships, curriculum, government relations
  • Recruitment and Logistics — recruitment strategy, informational sessions, partnerships with Armenian student organizations
