2026 Scholarship Program

The Armenian Youth Education Aid (AYEA) is now accepting applications for its 2026 Scholarship Application, supporting Armenian students committed to pursuing higher education in Armenia and abroad. This scholarship is designed to invest in the next generation of Armenian leaders by recognizing both academic achievement and financial need through a holistic review process.

Eligible applicants must be of Armenian descent, demonstrate residency in Armenia, and be accepted to or currently enrolled as a full-time student at a 4-year accredited undergraduate university. Students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.

The application includes personal essays reflecting on identity and community impact, along with one letter of recommendation, academic transcripts, proof of enrollment or acceptance, and other materials such as a resume or optional portfolio. Applicants may also be asked to provide financial documentation, including household income verification or proof of status within Armenia's Unified Social Service Family Insecurity System.

AYEA will award three one-time scholarships of $1,000 each. Both the number of recipients and award amounts may increase based on available funding and additional donations.

Opens: April 1, 2026
Closes: May 10, 2026
Award: 3 × $1,000 (one-time)

Selected applicants may be invited for an interview. Recipients will be announced following the review process. Through this scholarship, AYEA aims to embolden and empower Armenian students to pursue higher education and use it to uplift their communities and give back to their homeland.
